Summer of L.A. '08

What constitutes a dead blog? Well some would say (namely my friend Kip) that not posting on a regular basis is lame. Here is my attempt to catch up on all the items I planned to blog about this summer captured in one YouTube video. It includes the Hispanidad Parade, a lot of fun events around town with friends, my birthday, the ArtWalk, Comic Con, Dodger games and of course fireworks. Please to enjoy!

My goal is to post one item a week. I have no doubt that the two of you who actually read this thing will keep me honest. Don't worry I have enough political fodder to keep me going through November at least.

... and Action!

Living downtown there is always something being filmed. A few weeks ago I woke up to the screams of teenage girls on cue every 5 minutes or so. It came in waves and began to seem a little creepy. Below our window is a parking lot and a production crew was setting up craft services to feed everyone for the day. Around noon I noticed a huge throng headed my direction lead by 3 boys. Across the street the paparazzi were going crazy and just out the balcony I realized it was The Jonas Bros. I swear this was my first realization of who they were (come on, way too vanilla for me).
